Flow Through Humidifiers  MODEL 1042LH
GENERALAire Model 1042 is among the most efficient and economical on the market.  A portion of the heated air from the furnace passes through a water-soaked pad where it absorbs additional moisture and then returns for distribution throughout your home.  Water is metered into a patented trough and dispersed uniformly across the pad.  Unevaporated water drains from the bottom of the unit to eliminate mineral build-up.  Evaporative capacities range up to 27 GPD.

	Controls Manual air shutter for summer shut-off affords some control of humidifier output.  Model 1042 LH includes GENERALAire H-86 wall/duct mount humidistat.
	Drain Connection High capacity 5/8" drain and hose prevents clogging. Includes 15' vinyl hose.
	Water Supply Dependable stainless steel solenoid valve with none wire mesh filter that protects the precision machined Teflon flow-control orifice.  Saddle valve supplied.  Use 1/4" copper tubing.
